This is an on call/per diem position providing 8-hour shift coverage for the day shift. Job Summary: Works in the Cancer Registry and report to the Manager of the Cancer Registry. Assistant is responsible for conducting follow up on all patients in the current database from the current reference date. The assistant prepares for quality review for Cancer Committee presentation and physician review for data quality review. Completes AJCC staging reviews. Prepares reports for Cancer Center Administration regarding disease status as an additional component of the follow-up process.
