Job Description

Currently we are seeking a Campus Recruiter to identify top junior talent for J.P. Morgan's Private Bank. Campus Recruiter responsibilities include full-time and summer recruiting as well as managing the summer program, which serves as a pipeline for full-time hires and recruiting efforts. hands-on recruiter and executes the campus recruiting strategy.

Campus Recruiter responsibilities will consist of the following:

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and partner with senior leaders to formulate effective recruiting strategies
  • Prep business representatives for recruitment events
  • Formulate candidate outreach strategies
  • Partner internally with other areas of the firm and build/utilize external network to share and learn best practices
  • Work with diversity partners to build and execute a diversity recruiting strategy
  • Measure recruiting success and provide key metrics to management. Examples of key metrics: Diversity, Target Hires, Summer Intern Conversion Rates, and Summer and Full Time Acceptance Rates

Candidate Management
  • Ensure proper program visibility with candidates and recruiting partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clubs and organizations, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and helping to determine area of interest within the firm
  • Partner with program management on the summer intern and ABP Fellowship experience, including performance development and conversion process to the full-time campus program.

Marketing/Education/Event Management
  • Organize and attend on-campus/virtual events aimed at raising program awareness
  • Educate candidates about the nature of the roles offered and assist candidates in navigating opportunities
  • Pre-identify top talent by attending recruiting events, such as Career Fairs, Info Sessions and Networking Receptions
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on collateral for candidate distribution

Evaluation Management
  • Manage candidate evaluation process
  • Prepare and distribute resumes to interviewers, track candidate progression, facilitate, organize and attend interviews, communicate offer decisions to candidates

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience
  • Has desire to build knowledge and understanding of our businesses
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Displays organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Demonstrates relationship management and consulting skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates the skills and abilities necessary to work in a team setting and collaborate on projects and deliverables
  • Exhibits enthusiasm and high energy and engages those involved in recruiting
  • Demonstrates capability to lead and manage projects
  • Ability to deal appropriately with highly-confidential information in a professional manner
  • Able to meet travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons
