Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team in Mission, Kansas or Draper, Utah.

Your Role:

Do you excel at using Marketing Automation tools like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other similar tools, and have a deep understanding of inbound marketing methodologies? If so, this is the role for you!

The Campaign Marketing Manager ("CMM") supports the marketing team by building, delivering, and analyzing direct marketing initiatives, including inbound, direct response and client campaigns. In addition to campaign strategy and execution, this person will support the Senior Marketing Manager in program and automation optimization.

The CMM has a deep understanding of Cox Automotives data. Leveraging a variety of data sources, including Salesforce data, the CMM serves as a marketing consultant making recommendations around omni-channel marketing campaign targeting and tactics to drive results.

This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and partners closely with the lead nurture, content marketing and client marketing teams.

Job Summary:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of direct marketing campaigns including segmentation, frameworks, templates, launch of campaign and analysis of results
  • Collaborate with all marketing team members to identify opportunities to increase lead performance and database performance
  • Work directly with lead nurturing team to ensure effortless lead handoff and assess lead scoring effectiveness
  • Develop and create email and landing page test strategies to optimize campaign performance, including content, messaging, segmentation, images, subject lines, etc.
  • Create and communicate post-campaign analysis including targeting strategy, contact frequency, and channel recommendations
  • Identify process and efficiencies in direct marketing activities to streamline go-to-market plans, improve timeliness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree, Marketing, Communications or related field and 5 years experience in an inbound or analytical email marketing role or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Extremely detailed/deadline-oriented with excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with testing design, customer segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills to organize and present campaign results
  • Marketing Automation Software (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud etc) and CRM experience (Salesforce) required
  • Must demonstrate understanding of KPIs and have examples of high performing programs
  • Accountable for program performance, including establishing KPIs and managing programs to hit goals.
  • Team lead, supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Digital marketing (email, social, web) experience, including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics preferred
