Job Overview:
A Republican Congressional Campaign in Dallas, Texas is looking for a self-motivated, highly experienced Campaign Manager with great work ethic to handle the day-to-day operations of the campaign while working directly with the Candidate and General Consultant. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for implementing the campaign strategy, finance, staffing, communications, and political/grassroots efforts created in conjunction with the Candidate and General Consultant. This position requires working on weekends and long hours. The campaign is looking to hire for the position ASAP.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to verbally communicate and manage/delegate necessary tasks and goals to campaign staff and the Candidate.
- Conduct self in a highly professional manner as spokesperson and representative at all times, including but not limited to, media appearances/statements, fundraisers, functions, Candidate appearances, etc.
- Ability to problem solve in a high stress environment.
- Prior experience on Republican campaigns is required, management experience is preferred.
Job Description, Duties and Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Executing the campaign and messaging strategy in correspondence with the General Consultant.
- Create a dynamic work environment for employees.
- Will be responsible for managing the entire campaign staff including overseeing all departments including, but not limited to communications, finance, and grassroots efforts, as well as the day-to-day activities of the Candidate.
- Act as a liaison between the Campaign Staff, Candidate and General Consultant to ensure goals are met.
- Create and execute a financial budget in correspondence with the General Consultant as well as oversee expenditures throughout the campaign.
- Manage and approve all day-to-day operations of the Candidate, including but limited to, day-to-day schedule, approving events, meetings, appearances, speaking engagements, and media correspondence.
- Hire and train necessary staff needed for the operations of the campaign.
- Communicate with members of the press on behalf of the candidate and the campaign.
- The Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial department to make sure that fundraising goals are met.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
