- No experience necessary, we will train the right person.
- Location: Tempe, AZ.(work from home temporarily due to covid-19)
- Pay: $12 base pay PLUS bonus (opportunity to earn $13 per hour PLUS bonus)
- Schedule: 11am-8pm Mon-Thu; 8am-5pm Fri (NO WEEKENDS)
Responsibilities:
Help customers with past due accounts.
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Negotiate arrangement with customers to bring their accounts current.
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Provide immediate customer resolution
- Work diligently and consistently through an 8 hour day
- Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software
- Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught
- Maintain call quality and compliance
- Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass and maintain a background check
- PC proficiency
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Must be customer service oriented
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Dependability with attendance and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be coachable
- Able to adapt to different situations while maintaining composure
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Able to multi-task while having a conversation
