Are you ready to set the standard for Premium and Luxury online shopping?
Main purpose of the FWRD Buying Admin role:The quality and variety of products on our shelves are essential for our success. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be a responsible individual with great attention to detail and the ability to work closely with his/her buying team. As a buying admin, you will assist Assistant Buyers and Senior Buyers in daily tasks, enter and manage orders, and develop strong relationships with vendors, sales analysts and the buying team. Must be knowledgeable in women’s designer and contemporary brands, as well as, current trends.
The Details:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order entry management, including confirmations and entering pictures
• Send selling reports to vendors
• Manage vendor forms, new brand paperwork requests and fur documents
• Sample requests, coordination and tracking
• General filing and record upkeep duties
• Must be able to work flexible hours to get the job done
• Work on special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Business preferred
• Proficient in Gmail, Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience or an internship in a showroom or in a buying office or fashion industry environment
