We’re looking to add a Buyer Agent Specialist to our team – The Gauge Group, Real Estate Experts in CT -- to assist our buyer clients with realizing their real estate dreams. The Buyer Agent Specialist closes on average 2 properties per month and has the opportunity to do much more. We provide the specialist with an assistant, training, tools, systems, leads, clients and referrals to do just that. No cold calling, but you do have to communicate with leads. No paperwork. No marketing fees.

This opportunity can easily result in making over $100,000 over the next 12 months.

  • Must have knowledge of homes & communities in New Haven & Middlesex Counties (other surrounding counties is a plus)

Primary Objectives for the Real Estate Buyer Agent Specialist:

  • Convert leads to buyer consultation appointments
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from contract to close
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.
  • Close buyer clients to contracts

Regular Work Activities for the Real Estate Buyer Agent Specialist:

  • Setting appointments to meet with home buying prospects
  • Showing homes to interested home buyers
  • Write & negotiate offers for home buyers
  • Oversee, with the help of your TC, all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close.
  • Work every other weekend to generate leads at various venues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,858.00 - $116,254.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

License/Certification:

  • CT Real Estate License (Required)
