Position Summary
The Bussers provide support to staff. They are responsible for removing all the used dishes and tableware and preparing the table in a professional manner for new guests.

PAY: Base pay for the position is $7.25hr. With tip share pay typically averages to $17-$25hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepares restaurant for service
• Removes all dishes and other items from table following the meal
• Cleans table for new guests
• Maintains inventory stock between restaurant and storage
• Puts away various orders as inventory arrives
• Breaks down and cleans dining room at the end of service
• Takes out all trash and recycling

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.)
• High energy and stamina are required
• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
