Job Description

Serves as a Business Operations expert to provide system support for brokerage operations and create operational efficiency. Review and analyze existing processes and present recommendations for improvement. Implement efficiency solutions utilizing SharePoint, macros and SQL reporting. Create new and maintain existing SharePoint process flows. Create ad hoc reports/presentations for Sr Management. Responsible for operational processing and system testing.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Advanced skill in VBA and SQL languages, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5 or more years of experience in Brokerage industry
  • Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures
  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of a business line or function area
  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Series 7 or 99 license
