Mobile Citizen is currently looking for a full-time, temporary remote Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic, growing team. The Mobile Citizen Business Support Specialist ensures customer satisfaction and excellence in service by managing customer data information, resolving account needs, and coordinating product and service operations and maintenance. Working in partnership with Mobile Citizen staff, this position works with internal and external customers to resolve technical and service-related needs for shipping and receiving, investigate issues, and provide solutions utilizing available tools and resources. Duties may include facilitating operations by processing and handling data for bulk shipping and for the purchase and sale of devices; creating and managing reports; completing database updates; maintaining customer contact information, and other associated responsibilities. Other duties include following established policies and procedures and recommending process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, documenting standard operating procedures, preparing reports, compiling data for analysis, investigating and resolving problems, and handling special projects. This is a full-time, temporary, non-benefited position paying $34.00/hr. Voqal is a philanthropic organization committed to the promotion of social equity.
