What you’ll be doing.

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you’ll ensure that analytics drive continuous business improvements, bringing more profitable growth and an even better customer experience. Your end-goal is to recommend improvements that will go straight to the bottom line, by helping us serve our customers.

• Data-driven approach to providing ROI on lead gens and campaigns by measuring the effect on sales, churn, revenue and margin.
• Deep dives on conversion rates and strategies on improving the yield on marketing lists.
• Defining and measuring all results against control groups.
• Support the implementation of new technology stack tools and data sources. You will exercise judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and will to operate independently, exhibit initiative, and manage projects through to implementation.

Where you’ll be working:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Technology, or related degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Project management and experience interfacing with IT, Legal, Marketing Strategy and vendors to take a new technology or data architecture from concept to production.
• Experience using SQL to query and analyze data.
• Experience using Tableau and create Dashboards.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.
• Experience implementing complex marketing plans and related products / projects.
• Experience with tools and new technologies and the insights to drive the team towards adoption of these new technologies.
• Experience with customer and prospect demographic data, internally and externally sourced.
• Experience in entertainment, telecommunications, or web-based marketing.
• Knowledge of Verizon Wireline and/or Wireless customer products and service.
• Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.
• Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
• Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to marketing.
• Experience presenting marketing and technology-related findings and insights targeted to executives and translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
• Knowledge of Verizon Wireline and/or Wireless customer products and service.
• Experience with 5G, C-Band, Wireless technologies.
• Experience with Adobe AEP, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Data preparation tool experience like Alteryx.
