• Prospect and source new multifamily and small balance commercial business
• Collect and review borrower loan applications to ensure submission and lending parameters are met
• Interact with the loan processing and credit departments of the bank
• Work independently to establish and maintain relationships for delivery of loans that meet Bank's credit policy
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the products offered
• Discuss potential transactions with customers and assist in transactions structure and pricing
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality of the financial products and services delivered
• Manage all relationships related to customer and loan data through bank systems (i.e. CLOS, Virpack, Salesforce, nCino, etc.)
• Help recruit, onboard, manage and train additional sales team members that support business

Are You A Fit? :

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years' originating commercial real estate loans
