We are seeking a training and area manager to manage all three retail locations in Orlando, Florida area and help grow the business to meet the company goals. The candidate MUST be available to work between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday.

Responsibilities:

· Business development.

.Warehouse planning and establishing

.Inquiring investment for expansion

.Creating a join employee partnership contracts

.Work with website developer.

.Franchise development and sales.

.Hire franchise sales representative.

· Managing employees.

· Hiring, training, motivating, developing, and retaining employees.

· Help setup and perform employee’s sales and performance goals.

· Maximize sales and profitability.

· Providing our team with a stimulating and supportive environment.

· Drive team performance.

.Execute HR Functions

· Manage warehouse inventory by ordering inventory and doing a bi-weekly inventory count.

· Network with investors and business to sell our franchise model.

· Searching for new business opportunities.

· Help grow the business.

· Help expand the business by opening new locations.

· Any other managerial and administrative tasks that the job requires.

Qualifications:

· Previous training & management experience.

· Fast Learner

· Detail Oriented, organized, and prompt

· Good listening skills, Critical thinking, and articulate

· Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and communication skills

· People person

· Customer service oriented

· Work well in a team environment
