Key Accountability Areas:
- Building relationships for referrals with majority (50%) of new business from referrals
- Develop top 25 prospect list
- Develop relationships with prospects and clients to secure meetings
- Develop a referral synergy among customers
- Partner to meet your clients business objectives
- Utilize a consultative sales strategy to effectively drive their hiring initiatives
- Manage an accurate database in Temp Works
- Exceed sales goals (weekly gross margin, # of accounts, GM%, and weekly revenue)
- Canvas and cold call your designated territory each week (outside and via phone
- Sell 5 new accounts per quarter. New business measured in # of accounts, total GP and GM%
- Network: Participate in local professional business and civic organizations to promote company recognition
