Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing and acquiring new partnerships to generate revenue for Trinity Abstract & Title. As well as build and maintain current relationships.
Daily Tasks and Projects:
- Build relationships with brokers
- Meeting new real estate agents
- Developing and cultivating new clients and business opportunities for sale of title insurance and related products throughout Texas and Arizona
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients and referral sources
- Attending and being actively involved in city and county groups and organizations
- Assist with development and implementation of marketing programs
- Providing general marketing and sales support
Job Qualifications:
- Basics of real estate
- Dallas real estate connections a plus, not required
- Well-connected in and active part of the Dallas county community
- Outgoing personality with a natural proclivity for relationship building
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Friendly, mature demeanor
- Experience in an escrow and title software program preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Microsoft Excel preferred
- Criminal background and credit check will be performed
Required Education, Certification, or Experience:
- Ramquest knowledge helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Buffini a plus
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18.50-$22 hourly salary, based on experience
- Commission on closed files
- Bonuses, based on meeting performance goals
Reports to: Trinity Abstract and Title Business Group Leader
