Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a full time, Business Development Analyst with Government Contracting experience. As an employee of Pivot Path Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work in support of daily business development activities with the senior management team.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies, researches and supports the response to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought notices issued by the Federal Government using a variety of opportunity portals such as Beta Sam, GovWin, eBuy, FedConnect, FPDS and others.
- Collaborate with Business Development Directors to pursue opportunities within target markets
- Research and identify potential teaming partners and develop relationships and partnerships in pursuit of potential opportunities.
- Scour and participate in industry days, appropriate associations, and networking opportunities.
- Perform competitive assessment, risk analysis and Bid/No-Bid recommendation in daily briefings.
- Responsible for entering and updating opportunity data in the company’s BD system.
- Develops, implements, and maintains standard processes and tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Government contracting experience required.
- Experience with current industry trends and the competitive environment.
- Experience using SAM, GovWin, GSA eBuy, FedConnect, Beta Sam, and other research platforms.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing solicitations for bidding decisions.
- Experience with supporting proposal reviews and writing.
- Experience with making cold calls to teaming partners.
- Experience with capturing and monitoring potential bidding opportunities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under deadlines and produce accurate work.
- Exceptional communication skills including written and interpersonal.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve specific goals and objectives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residence in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Pricing Proposal and Technical Proposal experience preferred.
- Cold calling and improvise skills
