The successful candidate will be expected to:

Perform routine building compliance and safety checks. Administer temperature
scans for employees, contractors, and
visitors upon entering the designated
building area. Ensure proper use of temperature screening kiosks. Monitor building access and occupancy. Identify and take action to eliminate congestion in high-traffic areas such as hallways, elevators, and break areas, including directing the flow of traffic

Ensure employees, contractors and visitors adhere to health and safety protocols
(i.e., physical distancing, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and
identification badges, etc,) Inspect health and safety signage throughout the
building to ensure it is maintained and visible

Adhere to federal, stats, and local rules and guidelines related the heal&, safety,
and security of people and property

Other duties as assigned
