Summary:
The primary purpose of a Builder Service Representative III is to Act as liaison between Metallic, Customers and all departments within the organization from pre-order through shipment.

Job Qualifications include:

• Effective written and verbal communication as well as mathematical and basic computer skills.
• An understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands product offerings as well as general construction fundamentals and engineering principles
• The ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• The ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clarification of Building Orders received from Builders and other Customers to define scope of work
• Generate internal work orders to ensure customer expectations are met and work is processed in an expeditious manner.
• Responsible for verification and accuracy of pricing submitted with Purchase Orders.
• Understand the team concept and that working together as a team will positively impact responsiveness, timeliness and quality.
• Ultimately, to meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure dealing with Metallic/ Customer’s business activit
