Greets restaurant guests with a positive friendly attitude. Assures patrons are seated in a timely manner assuring that guest have a favorable dining experience.
- Great the guest and escort them to their tables in a friendly, professional manner.
- Make sure that the room is properly utilized at all times.
- Keep front-of-the house organized and running smoothly.
- Must have complete knowledge of buffet, policies and procedures; complete knowledge of buffet amenities.
- Teamwork oriented mindset is a must.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience as a host and/or customer service.
- One year restaurant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
- Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
