The Budget Analyst is part of the Facilities Business Operations Center (BOC) at Vanderbilt University and is a key individual contributor responsible for construction accounting including but not limited to reviewing lien waivers, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and owner billing for capital and renovation projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance-Administration, Facilities Services , the Budget Analyst interacts regularly with all BOC, Campus Planning & Construction (CPC) project managers, with other partners across campus, as well as external vendors. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for reviewing monthly AIA G702 pay applications submitted by various Construction Management (CM) firms on various projects. This position is also responsible for reconciling owner purchase orders and ensuring compliance with contract terms specific to each project. This position will be the point person for invoicing questions on capital and renovation projects. The Budget Analyst will work collaboratively with the entire Facilities team to ensure pay applications and invoices are submitted accurately and in accordance with the underlying contract.
