GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Utilizing their knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all food safety, safety and security, and employee policies and procedures, the Crew is critical to our success. The Crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. Each person who holds this position is expected to Delight Every Customer. Opportunities exist for promotion to managerial positions over time. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 5 Star Talent All Crew members must understand and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Prompt, friendly, courteous service, delivered with a pleasant attitude is essential. All Crew members must have a teamwork attitude and be able to contribute to the efficient operation of the shift. Positive working relationships among the entire team are a must. Each Crew member is expected to present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times. This includes strict adherence to the dress code policy. A Cut Above Customer Experience The fast pace within our restaurants and the need to meet requests from the public requires all Crew members to be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, passionate attitude and efficient working pace. Every Crew person is expected to learn and effectively work multiple positions. Crew need to recognize opportunities to improve Customer Service and move into positions that assist the Customer and the overall operations of the restaurant.
