What you will be doing:

The Marketing Specialist assists in executing strategies and tactics for the overall marketing plan for the client groups. Serves as the liaison between the department and the program leads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to work with all levels within the organization to influence end results. The Marketing Specialist must have at least three years of progressive work experience preferably in a healthcare environment as well as a strong knowledge of business administration. The ability to coordinate and lead multiple complex projects with limited supervision is required to be successful in this role. In this role you will:

Lead and coordinate projects as assigned by management; manage project lists, deliverable, timelines

Assist the Director in executing strategies and tactics for overall marketing plan, consult with the Director on tactics for ad/branding campaigns

Serve as the primary contact for program leads in the development of marketing campaigns while working closely with leadership for approval

Compose written materials to support program needs such as blogposts, websites, publications, curriculum and other complex projects/events.

Research and analyze markets; provide information and reports for leadership and client group review.

What we're looking for:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in Public Health, English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related major preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3 or more years in healthcare or business administration required.
