Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, self-motivated individual, with strong marketing, leadership, and franchising experience to help lead our marketing efforts in the U.S. and Canada. A Brand Manager at PIRTEK USA will manage all national marketing campaigns and support local marketing campaigns for franchisees to help advance the brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement new marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products and services
- Expand and develop marketing platforms to promote the brand.
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and initiatives.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
- Monitor marketing and industry best practices.
- Manage all outside PR and marketing firms and national sponsorships.
- Oversee, maintain, and develop content for the organization’s social media pages.
- Provide marketing support to all franchisees in the U.S and Canada.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and deliver results within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve marketing efforts and initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of brand management/marketing, franchising or related field’s is required.
- Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing external PR, marketing firms and sponsors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, virtual and in person.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media, Google, FranConnect, or similar marketing related sites and programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other members in the team.
- Willing to relocate to Rockledge, FL.
