Branch Manager Major Duties and Essential Functions Positions directly supervised: Assistant Store Leader, Experience Expert, Service Specialist and Member Engagement Specialist. Position Purpose and Objectives
The primary purpose of the Store Leader is to develop a highly effective team that consistently meets or exceeds sales and service goals as defined by the strategic plan and core values for Credit Union of Texas. The Store Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing of all credit union services and activities of the Store. Additional duties include responsibility for the daily maintenance, well-being and security of the physical facility.
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years related experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred.
