Job Description
  • Set up and implement Pull & Leveling in Value stream.
  • Optimize material supply process from warehouse to production area, and from Point of Use to production line.
  • Manage A3 (LEAN) projects according to the standard procedure in logistic areas.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment stabilization.
  • Coordinate with Logistic and Manufacturing department to promote standard BPS tools from central department.
  • Support on Bosch Production System assessment, conduct regular self-assessment to know the situation.
  • Assist management in developing departmental target goals with relevant measures, PDCA coaching and evaluation of the process).
  • Train Skilled Resource Network (SRN) to coach departments on CIP tools (e.g. LeaderCIP, Good Practice, Self Assessment Tool, etc.).
  • Facilitate CIP workshops (i.e. VSDiA/process mapping, team building, problem solving, lessons learned, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver CIP trainings to new associates (e.g. CIP Fundamentals and PDCA methodology).
  • Communication and Promotion of CIP culture to the organization (e.g. CIP Events, Departmental Boards, etc.)

Collect and monitor the Improvement actions on departmental LeaderCIP OPLs, providing coaching to management and associates on the LeaderCIP process.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • More than 3 years working experience in logistics environment with consumption control related content.
  • 2 years experience within Bosch will be a plus.
  • Project Management skill.
  • Lean production know-how.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good team work skill.
