Job Description:

The Total Relationship Management (TRM) Contract & Billing Specialist is responsible for company-wide quality data set-up in TRM and pay bill system while using the Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Requirements:
  • Ensure TRM facility records are up-to-date
  • Set-up and maintenance of client records in the pay bill system
  • Routinely audit facility contracts to validate information is correct
  • Accurately interpret the terms of a contract
  • Monitor contracts (includes changes in associations, billing, VMS systems, discounts and orientation)
  • Work with Business Systems Specialist to ensure TRM Billing data is linked to pay/bill system
  • Provide entry and maintenance of contract summary in TRM
  • Respond to inquiries regarding facilities
  • Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree and/or 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Must support and engage in change management
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
  • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
