Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Post into accounting all new + pre-owned car deals.
- Receipt all monies received for new + pre-owned car deals.
- Organize all paperwork in each deal for completeness and compliance.
- Process payoff checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate banks.
- Process and maintain salesperson commission reports.
- Process all new + used vehicle for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Verify all funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title.
- Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete.
- Complies + maintain a complete list of outstanding title work.
- Stay up to date on title regulations.
- Attend seminars.
- Crosstrain others to handle title work.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Provides support to management staff.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
- Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
