Owning the HighLevel billing process from end to end, this individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing a high volume of billing accounts, implementing updated SOPs for the department as well as all related process improvements where needed. * You are comfortable taking the lead in all aspects of Billing at HighLevel. You thrive on solving problems, ensuring accuracy and process improvement. As the subject matter expert, you deliver insights back to peers and the department leader to drive strategy decisions. With experience leading and mentoring others, you are also focused on driving process improvements and creating an amazing customer billing experience!
