Come join our team! A Peace of Mind Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a full time Bilingual LMFT/LPC Supervisee to join our team of exceedingly brilliant mental health professionals.

We know that every person deserves to receive the help and support from a licensed professional who will partner with them to restore their inner mind. Our clinicians provide individual, family, group, and couples counseling to ages 5 and older.

A Peace of Mind Counseling Services, LLC is nothing like any outpatient therapy practice available. We offer an in-house scheduling of all clients, credentialing with several insurance companies such as Anthem BlueCross BlueShield and Cigna, clarified process for billing, in addition to providing all clinicians with administrative support enabling them with concentrating on the needs of the client. We are exceedingly careful regarding who we deem suitable for employment with A Peace of Mind Counseling Services, LLC. Our objective is to hire the most effective and efficient clinicians that will support our clients in their expedition of healing, growth and restoring their peace of mind.

Tasks, duties, and responsibilities

  • Treating and diagnosing the client’s mental health needs
  • Conduct Initial Assessments
  • Create Treatment Plans and Diagnostic Assessments
  • Establishing a suitable behavioral process with each client
  • Following the client’s intellectual, emotional, and mental progress by recording records
  • Offering professional guidance to clients during their therapy session
  • Must see a minimum of 29 clients per week (see bonus for additional information on compensation)

Required Education & Experience
The skills and abilities required for prospective candidates to meet are as followed:

  • All candidates are required to possess a master’s degree in but not limited to human services and social work
  • Seeking to be Licensed: LMFT/LPC
  • A copy of your license will be required prior to acceptance of employment
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people of various temperaments and behaviors
  • Observational Skills to details and are quick to identify behavioral inconsistency
  • Knowledge of humanoid behavior in offering resolutions to psychological concerns

Additional Information.
- As an added bonus for all clinicians who see 35 or more clients per week for 4 consecutive weeks will receive a $1000 bonus on the first pay period of the following

- LMFT/LPC Supervisee will receive free supervision from the senior clinician during their employment with A Peace of Mind Counseling Services, LLC.

- All full time LMFT/LPC Supervisees will have their own furnished private office

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
