Position Purpose and Description Summary
Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., a market leader in forward and reverse supply chain management and high-tech repair services, is seeking a customer-oriented person for an entry level customer service position. The prospective employee will determine our customers' needs; providing product information including up sale of products.
Position Responsibilities:
- An impressive telephone etiquette and skills to handle inbound troubleshooting calls.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
- Proactively responding to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax
- Accurate at placing and processing of orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines
- Recognizing and acting on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
- Properly and accurately documenting all calls is required.
- Able to promptly direct calls that come through the operator queue.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet all deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Fluent in French and English a MUST
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and combination of equivalent experience will be considered.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Typing proficiency of 40 wpm.
