Colorado Commercial Services, a Denver based medical cleaning company is seeking ambitious, self-motivated “A” players to fill the positions of a Bilingual Floor Technician. This position is essential to the success of the company and are considered heroes in the healthcare community and beyond. They are responsible for all floor care and additional services such as upholstery cleaning and window washing throughout all of our locations.

Duties of the Floor Technician are:

-Provide support to Floor Technician Manager and the specialized services team

-Operate floor machinery and cleaning equipment

-Hardwood floor care, to include: stripping and waxing, scrubbing and re-coating, machine scrub, grout cleaning and other additional maintenance

-Carpet floor care cleaning and maintenance

-Prepare chemicals for work application

-Detail as needed

-Specialized tasks including: window and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, mat cleaning and other additional services

As a Floor Technician you will be required to:

-Be available evenings and weekends

-Assist with heavy lifting, up to 80 lbs.

-Pull, push, lift, reach, climb and other repetitive motions

-Pass a Background Check a Drug Screen and have a Clean Driving Record

-Be legally authorized to work in the United States

Floor Tech - $18-$22 BOE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
