Our E-Commerce company is looking for a very detailed oriented individuals who has a great sense of fashionable trend in the party industry!
We have more than 20 years of history under our belts! As a growing company we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in sales and has the ability to speak Chinese to join our team!

Candidate will be responsible for the following up not limited to:

• Assisting with quality check (QC) concerns
• Handling customers inquires and complaints
• Handle product concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product issues and have the ability to resolve the issues

• Sales background preferred

• College Student / College Grad
• Must have knowledge in E-Commerce
• Basic PC skills
• Bilingual in Chinese

Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 Hourly
