This position will assist patients enrolled in Ryan White services with medication adherence through pharmacy support. This position will also assist with housing instability, food insecurity, mental illness and other issues through a referral network. This position will assist patients with prescription submission, Ryan White renewals, and complete enrollment into eligible prescription, State, Federal and community programs.
