As a member of the Managed Services team, the Benefit Specialist will provide guidance and counseling to our client’s Federal employees concerning their rights and benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to employee benefits inquiries on federal benefits (retirement, health, life, Thrift Savings Plan)
  • Certifying and signing federal benefits eligibility on forms
  • Assisting with military deposit inquiries and forms processing
  • Review and certification of service computation dates (SCD)
  • Verification of employee military/civilian service for providing federal retirement estimates in Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) platform and provide consultation


Required Education & Experience:

  • 3 years’ specialized experience in Federal Benefit Programs and Administration


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
