As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Benefits Analyst will support the management of the health & welfare, retirement, time off/leave and risk benefit plans within the Americas region (U.S., Canada, Latin America) and company-wide global benefit programs. This role will investigate new benefits programs, improve existing programs, and monitor benefits administration. This role will report to the Head of AMR Benefits & Global Programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management of country-level benefit programs in U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Support global benefit programs, such as EAP, Service Awards, Wellness programs and manage benefit communication strategy and content across all countries. Work with our local benefits brokers and assist with the management of the annual benefit program renewal in each country. Administer and communicate the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements. Work with AMR regional benefits operations lead to ensure successful benefit administration and interface with the People Services team. Assists in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs. Surveys market data in order to determine company’s competitive position in employee benefits. Drive, develop and manage local benefits / wellbeing events, activities, and initiatives and support Logi Wellness programs. Drive benefit communication strategy and create communication materials and keep company intranet content current. Support employee accident/workers compensation claims, employee leave of absence, long-term illness claims and OSHA reporting Maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies and procedures concerning benefits. Support other projects and initiatives as assigned. Deliver benefits onboarding presentations for new hires and transfers. Vendor management.
