• Responsible for certain benefit processes, vendor relationships and special benefits related projects.
• Responsible for:
• Benefits activities as a result of Integrations (mergers/acquisitions)
• Benefit Provider changes (including but not limited to implementations, RFP’s, enhancements)
• Benefits Invoicing, Financial Cost Tracking, and related activities
• Benefits Programs and Processes (i.e., Active Benefits such as Qualified Retirement Savings Plans Funding Activities, Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan Activities, Employee Assistance Program, Compliance Activities – ACA Reporting, COBRA/Direct Bill)
• Vendor Management
• Participate in benefits audits/annual reporting requirements/annual compliance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst or related outsourcing/consulting experience
• Benefit programs and/or compensation programs
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
• No relocation package offered, however, the position is eligible for a sign on bonus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting
• Experience with Benefits and/or Compensation
• Project management experience
• Certification (CEBS/PHR)
• SAP (i.e. queries, running reports, data analysis)
• QMSCO and NMSN Administration, Retirement Savings Plans/401(k), Health & Welfare, COBRA and Direct Bill administration
