Salary Range - $59,000-$99,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance. Organize and manage daily benefits operations, including enrollments and terminations, maintaining compliance, researching and responding to inquiries, managing vendor relationships, and handling vendor payments and firm contributions to participants. Be a trusted resource for employees and partners of the firm as well as for the carriers and vendors. Work with internal and external advisors to assure compliance and assure our plans remain relevant for our participants.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee must have the ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time; manipulate (lift, carry, move) weights of at least ten (10) pounds; have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on a computer and/or related office equipment; speak clearly and concisely so listeners can understand; and regularly understand the speech of another person.
