Here’s what we’re looking for…

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work in the home, school, community, or treatment centers. Behavior Interventions staff goes where our families need us!

  • Primarily we are seeking individuals for weekdays; after-school availability for 2-5 sessions per week. Length of sessions 1-3hrs per sessions generally between the hours of 3p-7:00pm
  • Some availability for weekday morning/ afternoon cases available generally 1.5-2.5 sessions
  • Weekend opportunities available / flexible
  • Flexible/ part-time hours with availability to build a larger caseload

Here’s what your role as a Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician may look like .

  • Create your schedule based on your preferences and our open referrals
  • Working 1:1 to meet individual goals
  • Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Collect data on observable behaviors to measure progress
  • Implementing instructional plans & behavior support plans (daily living, social, and play schemes)
  • Use positive approaches to create meaningful change

BT/ RBT Position Requirements (Employed)

  • Related experience and/or education (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • RBT credential required for RBT positions
  • Valid form of ID
  • Pass Federal and State background checks
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, bend and squat while exerting 5-10 lbs constantly, 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
