We pay you to train to become a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician. As a BT/RBT, work one on one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment, primarily in their homes. What do we offer? Who are we looking for? How will my schedule work? Your schedule will be created by matching your availability to the needs of our patients. Many of our patients are school-aged children, so most of our needs are in the afternoons, weekends, and all day Friday. We ask that you meet our minimum availability requirement of M-F from 3pm – 7pm. If you are able to provide more availability, we may be able to schedule you more. Finally, providing consistency and continuity of care is a key element of excellent patient care.
