Position responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients in home and clinic settings
  • Mentor, train, and support RBTs
  • Complete progress reports
  • Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
  • Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.
  • Completion of BACB required supervision; BCBA certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, clinical and employment information required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members and team members both verbally and in writing required.
  • Experience in staff leadership and clinical supervision.
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
