We are looking for a Beach Walk Café Attendant who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Pool & Beach Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.

Responsibilities

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Provide guests with food and beverage offerings, assistance with retail purchases and maintain the Beach Walk Café work area. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills

Education:

High School education or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum two years food & beverage service or retail related work.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to prepare food and beverage offerings and offer Retail assistance. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions and read and write English.

Hours Required

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
