Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill is hiring for the Barback position for our location in Toyota Music Factory in Irving/Las Colinas, Texas. Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill combines warm and inviting environment with an eclectic menu featuring a variety of multi cultural cuisines and from-scratch cooking with a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors. Our bartenders and bartenders are a key component to our success.
