The AWS Alliance Associate, is responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing revenue generating partnership in: AWS, to promote Navisite services including application and infrastructure migrations, application re-platforming and refactoring, cloud optimization, BI & Analytics.
What You Will Do as a Partner Manager:- Develop, maintain, and grow the relationship between Navisite and AWS within the United States
- Create and execute against business plans written in collaboration with the broader alliances team and AWS partner teams
- Establish and qualify pipeline alongside partner teams, engaging sales and technical resources to understand technical requirements and build customer focused solutions.
- Understand the competitive dynamics between hyper-scale providers, and leverage specific use cases to drive more partner related opportunities
- Identify and participate in programs from AWS which develop pipeline and revenue for Navisite
- Comply with Navisite’s standards and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related administrative activities.
- Foster and develop increased awareness of Navisite within application, services and infrastructure and partners, professional and personal networking groups.
- Conformance with Information Security Policy
o Ensuring conformity to corporate security and compliance documentation o Promptly report security weakness or incidents to the Practice Managers/Leads o Work with Navisite Regional Sales and Professional services leaders to deploy GTM programs to the field sales teams
REQUIREMENTS:- Experience working in partnership with large technology vendors such as AWS
- Track record of growing partnerships and selling multiple services
- Experience selling to medium to large enterprises
- Ability to create a business plan and report against its success
- Must work well in a fast-paced team environment, with multiple resources
Skill Set should include: o Public Cloud, AWS o ERP applications and databases; Oracle & SAP o Windows on AWS o Professional services - BI & Analytics
- Years’ experience should be in the 7-10 range
- Ability to create and execute partnerships plans versus waiting for leads from partners
- Demonstrated understanding of our industry, customer needs and competitive landscape
- BS/BA or equivalent education preferred
- Extensive regional and occasional international travel required
