Reynolds and Reynolds develops and supports software for automotive retailers, featuring the industry’s only Retail Management System. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to sell our parts and service software solutions to automotive dealerships within a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the sale of Reynolds’ products to automotive dealerships Parts and Service departments
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Service Sales Kit, Service Price Guides, Technician Dispatching, Parts Bar-coding, and other related solutions
- Work closely with the local Account Managers to demo our products and close the sale
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers as well as finding new accounts
- Training with experienced representatives in the field, online courses, and classroom instruction at our headquarters (Dayton, OH)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years related experience
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Automotive industry experience is preferred (Service Advisor/Manager, Parts Manager, etc)
- Ability to travel (overnight) 2-3 days/week
