Yates Buick GMC is looking for personable, Service Advisors to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling reservations, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test driving cars. The Main Drive Service Advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle concerns recommend maintenance and work with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions. To be a successful Main Drive Service Advisor you should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry. Perform meet and greet with the customer asking qualifying questions to assist repair technicians in diagnosing the root cause of customer’s concern.
Maintain qualifying customer service index score as outlined by manufacture.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Provide customer repair and maintenance recommendation cost estimates and log all pertinent information including company database for continued customer follow up/retention.
Verify warranty coverage and/or extended service contract records and advise each customer accordingly when moving through the service visit process.
Maintain qualifying customer service index score to meet or exceed regional scoring.
Greet customers in a timely manner.
Provide outstanding customer service both by phone and in person.

Bilingual is a plus
