Prussian Motors is looking to hire an Automotive Parts Packer.

BMW enthusiasts to the front of the line! Prussian Motors is seeking a full time team member to join our BMW parts business.

Duties:

• The work primarily consists of shipping car parts. You would ship everything from oxygen sensors to engines. We use UPS Worldship, Ship Station, and Freight programs to generate labels.
• After shipping is finished you would assist in the warehouse cleaning parts, dismantling small parts, and putting inventory in storage.
• Periodically checking the shipping computer for new shipments as shipping will be your main task.
• We are looking for a self motivated individual with good decision making abilities.
• The goal is to work on your own without supervision.
• Guidance of course will be given to help learn and understand the tasks at hand.
• Experience with working on cars and knowledge of BMWs is a plus.

Requirements:

• A passion for cars and the ability to identify different car parts will go a long way.
• You must be computer literate.
• You will need to have the ability to lift and handle parts weighing 60 – 70 lbs.
• Must love dogs (We have two dogs that come in daily and will require pets.)

This is a full time position. Our business hours are 10am-6pm Monday - Friday. You must be able to work at least 5 days a week.

$13/hr to start. After a trial and training period of 90 days or less, pay may become $16 per hour. If you are still employed after a trial period, you’ll hopefully be paid the back pay at the $16 rate. ie: ~40 hours per week x 12 weeks x $3 = $1440. We are a BMW only, all-indoor, specialty automotive salvage facility. We ship parts daily all over the globe. We are located in Norristown, PA. We dismantle total-loss BMWs of all vintages. Operations take place indoors in our organized warehouse and office. We are not your normal salvage yard. All parts are individually wrapped and tagged offering a convenient way for customers to shop our inventory. We pride ourselves on our industry leading customer service. We have been in business for 11 years and have 8 full time employees. We are all BMW owners and enthusiasts. The work environment is fast paced but non corporate.
