Please submit your resume by email to be considered for this position The Position: We are looking for a full time Automotive Counter Person to work in a call room setting with excellent communication skills, integrity, and a reliable presence. This position is open to work Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:30 PM and some Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm. Job Responsibilities: Assist technicians and shop managers in a friendly and courteous manner. Utilize digital catalog to ensure correct parts are being quoted to customer. Accurately price parts and accessories and post properly in computer system. Provide clients with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities. Process and follow up phone orders for specific delivery times and inform the customers of all back orders or cross shipments. Utilize all options available to locate parts for customers as needed. Keep management informed of any concerns with wholesale customers or other employee's. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Requested Experience: 2 Years Experience. Must meet company's requirements for employment. Excellent communication skills. Automotive experience preferred, however willing to train right individual. Ability to work well with the public and co-workers. Use of Epicor Vision is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Required Experience : Must be efficient and detail oriented. Must be computer literate.
