As a Behavior Support Staff, you will provide direct educational and behavioral support working individually with students and in small group settings. You will support students in increasing their independence and achieving their educational and behavioral goals. Each student's care is highly individualized and developed by our clinical team consisting of BCBAs OT, Speech and Mental Health clinicians. PAID TRAINING Spectra provides all the training and supervision necessary to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at no cost to the employee. We also provide Safety-Care training that provides the skills and competencies necessary to effectively prevent, de-escalate and manage behavioral challenges. SALARY Starting pay of $18.00 - $21.50 per hour based upon education level and years of experience. Spectra strives to remain competitive in this area and makes pay scale adjustments as indicated. HOURS Monday-Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm, with opportunities to add additional hours in our evening ABA program.
