The RLI Surety team is growing and we are looking to hire an Associate Surety Solutions Representative to work in our Peoria, IL headquarters. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of duties primarily focused on supporting our underwriting teams and providing great service to our agent and broker partners. The position provides a healthy mix of both individual contribution and team collaboration, so is eligible for a hybrid schedule once training and job performance has been established. Under general supervision, promote the business goals of the RLI surety segment by providing exceptional service and solutions to our bondholders, producers and underwriters.

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and basic experience in a similar field or position. Experience working in a call center or contact center environment preferred. Experience working with insurance or surety products preferred.
