Associate Relations Manager

Overview: The Associate Relations Manager works closely and consultatively with Topgolf Associates, Operations Leaders and the Human Resources team with regard to company policy, practices, and state/federal employment laws and conducting internal workplace investigations. This role will also make recommendations that sustain a positive, fair and respectful work environment. This team will be responsible for processing the feedback, investigations, improvement requests AND will also be asked to surface trends and systemic issues they are seeing that would improve the associate experience. This position is part of the broader Topgolf People Team and can be located in Dallas, TX, or may work remotely within the United States.Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to associates all levels of the organization in ensuring that varied and potentially complex Associate Relations (e.g. sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, EEOC, DOL) matters are thoroughly investigated. Provides recommendations that support a fair and inclusive workplace that safeguards the company’s culture and employment brand and ensure that associate and company interests are handled in a fair and consistent manner
- Ensures all cases are documented in case management system and leverages data/metrics and experience to identify themes, trends and root cause. Shares findings with key partners and actively partners with the HR Business Partner team to provide guidance, solutions, actionable feedback, education, and training opportunities to impact the business and grow a high performing associate culture
- Collaborate with other HR functional teams and internal partners through a consultative approach to help assess organization effectiveness and develop and implement integrated action plans
- Create summaries and other documents related to the AR function. Assist with project work as needed to include training, facilitation of classes, research, and other projects that support the business
Key Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology required
- SHRM-SPHR or CP preferred
- 3+ years in multi-unit, multi-state Human Resource leadership (preferably restaurant or hospitality environment preferred) required
- 3+ years experience investigating workplace associate relations complaints required

- Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Expertise: Strong understanding of all aspects of employment and human resources related laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices, including but not limited to Title VII, ADA, ADAAA and FMLA
- Challenge Thinking: Proven ability to challenge organizational thinking
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS- 40% travel to venue locations as needed to resolve sensitive matters
